Returns/Exchanges
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of receiving an order, or 7 days for in-stock upholstery items, for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt.
We offer a FREE EXCHANGE on qualifying purchases! Simply contact us at sales@reformimporting.com within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange for an exchange on your purchase. All you'll pay is the delivery fee and any price difference. (Valid once per order, on an item of equal or greater value.)
You can also return most products within 7 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Your refund will exclude the delivery fee ($75) and restocking fee (20% ) and can only be made if the merchandise is in "as-new" condition and in its original packaging. Simply contact us at sales@reformimporting.com and we'll take care of scheduling the return pickup for you.
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will help you with a repair or a replacement.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom made or Special Order items
- Assembled and/or Modified items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or items ending in .97 on the product page
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Delivery fees if applicable
- All Returned or Exchanged items must be in the original "as new" condition at the time of pickup (including all packaging, instructions and hardware).
- If your purchase included free delivery, the original outbound delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Prior to signing for your delivery, please carefully inspect the products to ensure your satisfaction.
WAYS TO RETURN
- All returns will be processed via email request. Email should be sent to sales@reformimporting.com. All returns need to be verified and approved by our customer care team.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase. All below should be email to sales@reformimporting.com
- Original paper or gift receipt
- Electronic receipt
- Original packing slip (with order number visible)
- Order number
REFUNDS
- Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Cash & Cheque Refunds - Refunds over $100 (other than those refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit) will be issued to your original form of payment (may take 14 business days).
- Over $10,000 - If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue you $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the remaining amount owed to you in subsequent days.
- Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
- If a return is due to damage or an error on our part, a return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
- If a return is due to other reasons, and is returned using our provided shipping label, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
- Small Parcel Returns are charged at $35 per order. These are small items which are shipped together within a single box under one return shipping label.
- Large Parcel Returns are charged at $75 per order. These items are shipped individually in it's own dedicated box.
PRICE MATCH PROMISE
If within 30 days of delivery you should find the same brand and model currently advertised online at ReForm Creative Home or by a Canadian competitor at a lower price (on identical terms & conditions), we will refund you the difference.* ( All we need is a proof of the lower advertised price, or give us a chance to verify it.)
Price Match Conditions:
The identical item must be new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars.
Our Price Match does not apply to as-is, final sale, limited quantity, limited time offers, door crashers, free bonus offers, seasonal items (outdoor, patio, holiday), competitor coupons, discontinued or exclusive items, pricing errors, builder contract pricing, trade pricing, bid pricing, membership/group/club pricing, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailor aggregator sites, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.
(Our Price Match only applies to reasonable quantities for personal household use. We do not match prices offered on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and/or Boxing Day. Our Price Match does not apply to warranty replacements, new sales covered by a manufacturer’s warranty claim or life-time warranty replacements. Refunds are paid in the same tender with which you paid.)
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
