Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ReForm Creative Home, we are committed to providing clear, transparent delivery information so you can shop with confidence. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Delivery Costs

Bedding Delivery

  • 100% FREE delivery on all bedding items across USA & Canada

Furniture Delivery

Furniture delivery fees are calculated based on distance from the local city center:

CANADA (CAD)

Free delivery within 50 km in any major city from our local warehouse in Canada

  • 0-50 km: FREE
  • 50–160 km: $125
  • Above 160 km: $175
  • If your order value is above $8000 CAD, we offer FREE DELIVERY regardless of the distance.

USA (USD)

Free delivery within 50 miles in any major city from our local warehouse in USA

  • 0-50 miles: FREE
  • 50–100 miles: $125
  • Above 100 miles: $175
  • If your order value is above $8000 USD, we offer FREE DELIVERY regardless of the distance.

Delivery pricing applies per order and will be confirmed prior to shipment if required.

Important Notes

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled or completed.
  • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional re-delivery charges.
  • Delivery services do not include hoisting, balcony delivery, or special handling unless explicitly arranged in advance.

Delivery Lead Times

Each product page clearly displays the estimated delivery lead time for that specific item.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the stated lead time before placing an order.

Delivery timelines may vary by product, location, and availability. Once your order is ready to ship, our delivery team or carrier will contact you to coordinate delivery.

Delivery Method – Room of Choice

All furniture deliveries are Room of Choice delivery only.

This means:

  • Items will be delivered to the room of your choice, provided access is safe and unobstructed
  • Additional cost for delivery for more than 5-7 stairs
  • No unpacking or uncrating
  • No setup or assembly
  • No removal of packaging debris
  • No removal of old or existing furniture

Customers are responsible for ensuring doorways, hallways, elevators, and staircases can accommodate the item(s) ordered.

Shipping Lead Times

All our products are shipped from our warehouses in USA and Canada.

Our products are manufactured and shipped from Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, China, USA, Canada, Poland, Denmark, Lithuania. Products are manufactured and then shipped to our local warehouses in US and Canada. 

Lead times are mentioned on each product page. Kindly review the same carefully when ordering.

Shipping Types

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

  • Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., Purolator or Canada Post) to your delivery address
  • Flat Rate Home Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee. Doorstep Delivery may be available at a reduced Flat Rate; does not include assembly and you are responsible for bringing the items into your home.

Standard Parcel - Front Door Delivery

Standard Parcel - Front Door Delivery

Standard parcel items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 15-20 business days for metro areas or 20-25 business days for non-metro areas of receiving your order.

If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate - Furniture & Freight Delivery

White Glove Delivery

With Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping (if applicable), an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery. The delivery will include Room of Choice delivery,  it will not include unpackaging or uncrating of the items. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery usually includes our Standard White Glove Service - items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice. No unpacking or assembly service provided.

Flat Rate items that do not include White Glove Service are select lighting, oversized mirrors, rugs and headboards that need to be attached to a bed frame.

Doorstep Delivery

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate.

With Doorstep Delivery you are responsible for bringing items into your home, assembly is not included.

For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with building concierge.

Fees (if applicable): Flat Rate fees and/or parcel carrier delivery and processing charges  will be applied in the Checkout Payment + Review page. 

*Note: Standard shipping and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on an order if the item is not marked as "Free Delivery"
